Mr. Charles Cheng has served as Managing Director of the Century Group since 2010.  Prior to joining Century, Mr. Cheng served as Vice President of PEMCO Marketing at Arrow Asia Pac, Director of Marketing & Business Development at Agilent Technologies and Director of Marketing & Strategic Planning at Oak Technology.  

A founder, CEO and angel investor, Mr. Cheng has more than 20 years of experience in multinational companies in the areas of sales & marketing, merger and acquisition, as well as strategic planning.  He is a member of the PRD Angels, investment interests include AR, Robotics, Analytics & Security, IoT and ecommerce technologies.  Mr. Cheng has served asPresident of AAMA PRD Chapter, Vice President of the Oxford and Cambridge Society of Hong Kong and also served as President & Board Member of the Rotary Club of Hong Kong Island West.

Mr. Cheng holds B.A., M.A. degrees from Oxford University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

莊錦祥先生自2010年擔任百年集團董事長。之前，莊先生曾任艾睿電子公司的營銷副總裁、安捷倫科技公司的營銷和業務發展總監、以及Oak Technology的營銷和策略規劃總監。

經歷創業、CEO和天使投資者等不同角色，莊先生擁有20多年的跨國銷售、營銷、合併、收購和戰略規划的經驗。莊先生是珠三角天使會成員，投資範圍包括增強現實技術，機器人，網絡分析與安全，物聯網和電子商業技術。他曾擔任亞傑商會AAMA珠三角分會會長，香港牛津劍橋校友會副會長及香港西區扶輪社的社長及理事會成員。

莊先生擁有牛津大學工程學士及碩士學位、斯坦福大學MBA學位。
