Mr Huang graduated from Nankai University (NKU), China, and has a Master Degree in Management from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.  Mr Huang is currently the partner and CEO of Shenzhen Zhongzhanxin (ZZX) Capital Management Co., Ltd. , and the Managing Director of ZZX International Investment Management Co., Ltd.  He also holds the positions as the Vice-Chairman of Shenzhen International Finance Research Association, Vice President of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Economic and Cultural Promotion Association in Guangzhou, appointed researcher in the Credit and Law Research Institution of Peking University, and is a Board Member of AAMA Pearl River Delta Chapter.

Mr Huang had served as the former director and deputy general manager being core member of China A/B Share Listed corporations. He has invested and introduced strategic investors for several domestic & foreign companies and successfully assisted them with public listings. Mr Huang has extensive experience in private equity investments, mergers & acquisitions, corporate listing consulting, management system design and business planning, and capital operations and project financing. His investment and service companies are listed respectively in the China Main Board Growth Enterprise Market, the Hong Kong Main Board, Nasdaq in the U.S., and other capital markets.

曾任职中国A、B股上市公司核心企业董事及副总经理，曾投资或协助多家国内外公司引进战略投资者和成功上市，对私募基金投资、并购重组、企业上市咨询、制度设计、商业计划及资本运营、项目融资等方面具有丰富经验。所投资和服务公司分别在中国主板创业板、香港主板、美国纳斯达克等资本市场上市。
