Lawrence  Yee has been board member of AAMA  Pearl River Delta Chapter since January 2015 and served as President (2015-2016) and Co-President (2017-2018).  He is Chair of Cradle Program Committee since its inception in 2016, with a strong passion to assist entrepreneurs in the region.  

He is co-founder and Chairman of Value Creation Center Co. Ltd. in Hong Kong since  2011. Value Creation Center (www.valuecreation.asia) is an advisory firm specializing in transformation with international technology that can be deployed in the region.  He is also co-founder of Blockchains Limited in Hong Kong, focusing on data/information infrastructure and applications in the region.

Prior to Value Creation Center, he has been Sr. Vice President of D&B International Ltd. since Dec. 2006, leading to three Merger & Acquisition transactions in China and a strong advocacy to China's Credit Reporting Industry Regulation. 

He has earlier served as Vice President & Managing Director for D&B Greater China/Korea Region and co-founded the Hong Kong Commercial Credit Reference Agency with the Hong Kong Association of Banks and Hong Kong Monetary Authority.

Prior to joining D&B, Mr. Yee has held senior leadership positions in Motorola (including heading a Joint-venture with PRC Government) and Tandem Computers (including Chief Representative and General Manager in PRC).  He made a few accomplishments in the defining moments of China payment systems (China Unionpay and Transportation smart card). Preceding this, Mr. Yee has had long experience in sales management and market development with Philips Electronics and NCR in Asia and Canada. 

Mr. Yee graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree majoring in Mathematics/Statistics and holds a M.B.A. from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

余以恆自2015年1月起擔任AAMA珠江三角洲分會的董事會成員，曾擔任會長（2015-2016）和聯合會長（2017-2018）。自2016年成立以來，他一直擔任Cradle計劃委員會主席，熱心於協助該地區的企業家。

自2011年以來，他是香港創優中心有限公司的聯合創始人。香港創優中心（www.valuecreation.asia）是一家顧問咨詢公司，專注於國際技術轉型。他還是香港區塊鏈技術有限公司的聯合創始人，專注於地區的數據/信息基礎架構和應用。

在創辦香港創優中心之前，他擔任美國鄧白氏國際公司高級副總裁，促成了三個中國的併購交易，並大力倡導了《中國徵信行業條例》。此前，他曾擔任美國鄧白氏副總裁兼大中華/韓國地區董事總經理，並與香港銀行公會和香港金融管理局共同創立了香港商業信用庫。

在加入美國鄧白氏之前，余先生曾在摩托羅拉中國公司和Tandem 電腦中國公司擔任總經理首席代表等職位。他對中國支付系統的發展作出一點貢獻（中國銀聯和交通智能卡)。之前他在飛利浦電子和NCR亞洲和加拿大地區負責銷售管理和市場開發工作。

余先生畢業於香港大學，獲得數學/統計學專業理學（榮譽）學位，並持有香港中文大學的工商管理學碩士學位
