周茂林先生是广州思林杰科技股份有限公司的创始人和董事长。他毕业于中山大学检测技术与自动化装置专业，获得硕士学位，并且是一位高级工程师，广东民营企业家智库的成员，广州市工业和信息化产业发展专项资金项目的产业类专家，以及广州市仪器仪表学会的副会长。他荣获2021-2022年数字化转型领军人物的称号，并在2023年被评选为中国推进智能制造杰出CEO。
周茂林先生于2005年成立广州思林杰科技股份有限公司，这是一家领先的测试测量技术与解决方案提供商，集研发、生产和销售于一体的高科技企业。总部设立于广州，并在深圳、上海、长沙、香港和美国硅谷、越南、马来西亚成立了分公司、子公司、办事处。思林杰科技与思科、亚马逊、Meta、东京电子、Vivo、联想和小米等多家世界一流的科技公司进行深度合作并获得高度认可，于2022年在上海证券交易所科创板成功完成上市（股票代码：688115）。

Mr. Zhou Maolin is the founder and chairman of Guangzhou SmartGiant Technology Co., Ltd. He graduated with a master's degree in Detection Technology and Automation Equipment from Sun Yat-sen University, and is also a senior engineer, a member of the Guangdong Private Entrepreneurs Think Tank, an industry expert for the Guangzhou Municipal Industrial and Informational Industry Development Special Fund project, and the vice chairman of the Guangzhou Instrument and Control Society. He was honored as the Digital Transformation Leader from 2021 to 2022 and was named one of China's Outstanding CEOs Promoting Intelligent Manufacturing in 2023.
Mr. Zhou Maolin established Guangzhou SmartGiant Technology Co., Ltd. in 2005. The company is a leading provider of testing and measurement technology and solutions, integrating research and development, production, and sales into a high-tech enterprise.The headquarters are located in Guangzhou, with branches, subsidiaries, and offices established in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Changsha, Hong Kong, Silicon Valley in the United States, Vietnam, and Malaysia. SmartGiant Technology has established deep cooperation with world-class technology companies such as Cisco, Amazon, Meta, Tokyo Electronics, Vivo, Lenovo, and Xiaomi, and has received high level of recognition.
