After successfully co-hosting "Global Innovation Ecosystem · Hong Kong 2022" with AAMA (PRD) last year, Madam Chen Wenyang, President of Shenzhen Longhua Innovation Ecosystem Service Association, and Mr Fang Jiongheng, Deputy Secretary General, visited Hong Kong on March 10th. They visited the Hong Kong Science Park with our President, SC Mak, and Director Eric Ho, and met with Mr Peter Mok, Head of Greater Bay Area Development and Mr Henry Lai, Associate Director, Capital, both of HKSTP, and Dr Sun Jian, Director of HKX Technology Startup Platform. The group also visited three centres under InnoHK: Laboratory for AI-Powered Financial Technologies, Centre of Hong Kong Quantum AI Lab, and Hong Kong Center for Construction Robotics. Through the visits, they learned of the Hong Kong SAR Government's initiatives in promoting technology and innovation in the territory in recent years, as well as cutting-edge research at the universities here. Later, the group visited the Design Incubation Programme and Fashion Incubation Programme of the Hong Kong Design Centre, and shared the latest development of the fashion industry in the mainland and in Hong Kong. In all of the visits, the parties expressed keen interest to explore collaboration opportunities, and look forward to more exchanges in the future.
