Thomas K. Ng is the CEO of TruDeed and General Partner at Coraisa Global Investment. TruDeed is a SaaS-enabled Marketplace for undervalued real estate assets in the US Coraisa Global makes angel investments into early-stage B2B SaaS startups.

Thomas is an Investment Partner at Mighty Capital, a Silicon Valley based VC fund and a Limited Partner of Walden International, a multi-fund Global VC. He is a member of HK Business Angel Network. Thomas is also an experienced investor in US Real Estate .

Career History

Thomas was formerly the founder and CEO of ecVision, a global B2B SaaS company focusing on Retail Supply Chain Collaboration, which was acquired by Amber Road in 2015. With over 30 years of experience in the software industry in the United States, Europe and Asia, Thomas has held senior management positions at various multinational companies. Before founding ecVision, he was the Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Computer Associates in Asia. Thomas also was the Executive Director of Asian Sources' e-commerce software product division. Before working in Asia, Thomas spent over 10 years in various R&D, Consulting and Sales management roles in US and Europe.

Education

Thomas received a BS in Computer Science and Economics from Stony Brook University in New York and an MBA from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business.

Personal

Thomas lives in Hong Kong and travels very frequently to the United States. He is married with four children and is a keen golfer. He also likes to provide mentoring and advising to startup entrepreneurs.
